Skating competition music, sorted.
RinkStation collects every program's music before the deadline — and shows organizers exactly what is ready, what needs a second look, and what is still missing.
How it works
From the schedule file to the sound booth, in four steps.
01
Organizer: import the schedule
Categories, segments and entries come from the file you already have. Music is collected as soon as skaters are entered.
02
Organizer: send the codes
Each club's music representative gets the club code by e-mail and forwards the skaters' own codes as needed.
03
Clubs and skaters: send music
Enter the code, pick the program, drop the file. The page shows the deadline and what has already been received.
04
Competition day: download and play
The dashboard shows what is still missing; the zip for each segment is in starting order.
For organizers
Everything between “the entries are in” and “the music is on the laptop at the rink”.
Import the schedule
Drop the club template (CSV or Excel) or a schedule XML: categories, segments, skaters and the timetable appear, reviewed row by row before anything changes.
One code per club and per skater
Codes are issued in one click and e-mailed to the club's music representative. Reissue one and the old holder is out at once.
Deadlines that fit the event
A default deadline, earlier ones for a category or a competition day, and organizers never locked out.
A dashboard that says what is missing
Every program's music with its status: received, too long, not readable, missing. Filter by category, segment and status; see who sent each file.
Ready for the rink
Download a segment or the whole competition as a zip in starting order, with file names the sound engineer can read.
Messages in one place
Questions from participants land with the competition, with the club or skater behind them attached.
For skaters, clubs and coaches
Sending music should take a minute, not a thread of e-mails.
Upload, checked on the spot
MP3, M4A or WAV. The browser reads the length before sending; the server checks the stored file and tells the organizer if it is not playable.
Several people, one skater
The skater, the club's music responsible and a coach can all send. Replacing someone else's music asks for a confirmation and tells them.
A music library
Keep a program's music and send it to the next competition in one click, without uploading again.
A code or an account
Nothing to install and no account needed; link the code to an account once and keep the access for every competition.
Nobody is surprised at the rink
Every change to a program's music is kept in its history and, when someone else's file is replaced, the organizers and the earlier sender are told. Deadlines, formats and durations are checked as music arrives — not the night before.
